Welcome to Tuft & Tail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tuftandtail.com and your purchase of products from Tuft & Tail. Tuft & Tail is operated by Aurevia Commerce LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, interfere with its security or operation, or violate the rights of others.

2. Products and Pet Safety

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, wood grain and small details may vary slightly from photos.
Our products are designed for use with cats. Please supervise your pet when introducing any new toy, scratcher or treat, check items regularly for wear, and replace worn parts (such as sandpaper liners) when needed.
Stop use and contact your veterinarian if your pet shows signs of injury, irritation or unusual behavior.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and will issue a full refund.
Free gifts (such as jingle balls) are included only while supplies last and have no cash value.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping and contact information.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and Content You Submit

If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you confirm it is your own and truthful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and share it in connection with our store. We may remove any content at our discretion.

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
